Choose a Proper Licensed Lawyer Who Understands Short Sales

There are many licensed attorneys who are not seasoned specialists in real estate, mortgage lending, short sale activities, loan modifications or foreclosures. Make sure  that if you choose to have a lawyer work for you that they are seasoned in those areas.   Remember, only real estate  licensees, California lawyers acting as lawyers and investors acting on their own behalf can engage in short sale negotiations.  So, find a good lawyer if you need one but confirm the skills set of that chosen lawyer.
